Bright Property Management has evolved from many years experience in the Property Market. Our roots come from construction and renovation, we then moved into the area of property management as we had our own portfolio. We believe that we understand the fine balance required in property management between landlords and their tenant.
We are a Property Management company not just a Letting Agent, we will be on call 24 hours a day, if there are any problems with your property we have professional tradesmen on hand to make sure that your investment is looked after. We vet prospective tenants, take deposits, and do regular property inspections before, during and after a tenancy arrangement.
